Remembrance 2012

North Petherton Primary pupils would like to do something special to remember those who were lost at war. We would like to remember REAL people and build our very own memorial in school for real people who have lost their lives at war. These people can be from ANY country in ANY war. If you know someone from your family who was lost at war, please either add a post to the wall wisher below or leave us a comment telling us a little more about them. We WILL remember them.

One Response to Remembrance 2012

Thank you Class MS and Mr. Stepney for creating this memorial wall.
My grandad, Thomas Williams, was a Royal Marine who survived Dunkirk in 1941 but many of his friends and comrades did not. In the years after World War Two he found it too painful to talk about the things he saw in France. I leave this message for all of those who never came back.
